Dude, go talk to your toyota dealer and get a frame inspection done (for rust corrosion). its a recall that they have been doing for awhile. i just got 13950 for my 1996 tacoma because it had failed the recall. if there is a hole in the frame from rust it obviously fails. check it out man. might be worth it.
